Once I complete a booking, is it confirmed or pending confirmation? Plus

The RNTal is NOT yet confirmed once the booking is made on our website. When our team receives your booking request, we will reach out to you for payment. The RNTal is only confirmed once payment is processed.

How long can I book a RNTal for? Plus

RNT provides a 4 day or 8 day RNTal period option. The delivery date and return date are included in the RNTal period. If you wish to RNT on an extended period beyond what is offered on the website, feel free to reach out to us at @rntwardrobe on Instagram or through email at rntwardrobe@gmail.com.

I need to hire an item for a longer period than is shown. Is this possible? Plus

We understand that special occasions like destination weddings may call for RNTal periods longer than 8 days. If you need to hire an item for more than 8 days, please get in touch with us before booking the item and we will try our best to accommodate!

How do I know if an item will fit me? Plus

We will always do our best to ensure you get the right fit. Here are some tips to make sure you get the right fit:

We offer free try ons upon schedule for free in Makati. Alternatively, DM us on Instagram at @rntwardrobe or email us at rntwardrobe@gmail.com to book a 3 hour window to fit up to 3 pieces of your choice delivered to your address for a fee of P650.

What if my item arrives and doesn't fit? Plus

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items that don't fit. We do offer free try ons of our pieces to prevent these situations from happening.

Can I try on items before booking a RNTal? Plus

Our physical try on location is in Makati. Please contact us for the exact location and to book your try on. You may also have the pieces you'd like to try picked up from our address for free; however, we only allow a try on window of three hours including transit and the delivery must be organized and paid by you.

How will the delivery work? Plus

RNT customers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up and drop off. Pick up is available anytime from 9AM on the start date of their rental and we require the drop off no later than 12PM on the end date of the rental.

For drop offs later than 12PM, please inform our team.

The address will be provided upon booking.

Do I need to have the RNTal dry cleaned? Plus

It is RNT's responsibility to dry clean each item before sending it to the next borrower. We do this so that you don't have to!

What do I do if I damaged the item? Plus

We understand that accidents happen, including occasional staining or damage to the items. If this occurs during your RNTal, proceed with your booking period. Once we receive the items, we will evaluate the damage on the item. If the item can still be repaired, we will have you cover the repair fee. However, if the item is damaged beyond repair, you will need to shoulder the retail price of the dress specified on our website.
