RNT Brides: A New Perspective on Bridal

A wedding gown is one of the most meaningful garments a woman will ever wear. It carries emotion, intention, and memory—often worn for a single day, then carefully stored away.

With RNT Brides, we are reimagining what happens next.

This collection introduces a more considered approach to bridal—one that allows wedding gowns to live on, to be worn again, and to continue holding meaning beyond a single moment.

RNT Brides was created for women who see value in both beauty and intention.

For brides who wish to consign their wedding gowns, it offers an opportunity to give their dress a second life while receiving a return on an investment that once marked a milestone.

For brides who are preparing for their own weddings, it offers access to exceptional gowns—without the expectation that meaning must come from ownership alone.

At its core, RNT Brides is not about reducing the importance of the wedding gown. It is about extending its significance.

This inaugural collection is shaped by seven brides, each consigning one wedding gown. We invited them to answer a short series of questions, offering insight into their gowns and the significance they hold. Together, their voices form a collective narrative—personal, thoughtful, and grounded in intention.

NATASHA RODRIGUEZ

Q: Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently in the gown selection process?

A: None. I think what’s nice about choosing a RTW piece is you get to see what it will look like already. Unlike custom ones, you’re not sure how it will look like after.

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: People kept saying it was very unique and that they have not seen a dress like that before. There’s no beading or lace but it still did not look too simple.

Q: If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: Simple but elegant

STEF NOTO

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: The compliment that stayed with me most was when someone told me that my gown was very “me.” That meant so much, because it perfectly captured what I had hoped for in this creation by Ms. Joe San Antonio — something that reflected my personality: elegant, yet daring. Hearing that affirmed that I had chosen the right gown for such a special day.

Q:If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: To me, the gown balances both introverted and extroverted qualities. The gown's details are refined but not over the top. Yet, the moment you wear it, the gown makes a statement — exuding confidence

Q: Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently in the gown selection process?

A: If I could do it again, I would have gone to more stores, tried on more gowns because looking back, it wasn’t the most exciting experience for me!

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: “Simple but elegant” this was the exact look I was going for! I didn’t want to be over the top and wear something out of my personality. It was the perfect classic princess gown.

Q: If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: A classic princess

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding look?

A: My family used to own a video rental store and everyday I would take home some tapes and watch princess movies. Since then I’ve always wanted to be a princess and I told myself that if I wasn’t gonna end up with a real prince and become one, I'd at least be one during my wedding day haha! So I made sure to find a castle as a reception venue and the perfect classic princess wedding gown for me.

IRA SANTOS

Q: Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently in the gown selection process?

A: I got married during the pandemic, so I didn’t get the chance to try on gowns. We went straight into designing and sketching the dress, but I never felt hesitant. I trusted my designer, Patricia Santos, completely, and she created a gown that suited my body and my personality so well that I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: The leg slit was definitely the biggest surprise. At first glance, the dress felt very romantic and refined, so when I started walking and the slit revealed itself, it added an unexpected oomph. People loved that contrast—it was sexy without being overpowering, and just enough to elevate the entire look.

Q: If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: Sweet and romantic at heart, with a subtle hint of spice.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding look?

A: I wanted the dress to feel very me. I naturally gravitate toward classic silhouettes and timeless pieces, but I always love adding a small twist to keep things interesting. I like looks that feel soft and romantic, with just enough oomph to give them personality.

Our venue was a geo-reserve so it really called for something light and ethereal rather than heavy, and I wanted a gown I could move freely in. So it was all about balance: sweet and classic with a little spice.

ALYANNA FAJARDO

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: The first time i showed It to my mom and sister, they said the dress was stunning. Simple but elegant.

Q: If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: Sophisticated and graceful.

INA DE JESUS

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: The most memorable compliment I received was that the gown, as much as it is RTW, looked like it was custom made just for me. I brought the gown to an alterations studio in Mandaluyong City and the seamstress, Mrs. Lagdameo and her team, did the best job at altering the gown perfectly down to my size and height. It suit my personality and also complimented my figure at 8 weeks pregnant.

Q: If your gown had a personality, how would you describe it?

A: Definitely chill and laidback. The dress was perfect for my destination beach wedding. It was light enough to be worn throughout the night. The train, although it was long, added elegance and drama to the gown and it trailed perfectly over the sandy beach.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding look?

A: I just wanted something I could freely move in. I wanted a no-fuss gown but still elegant and classic. I also did not want a restrictive gown and an added bonus was that it was something I could dance in during the after party. The beach definitely inspired my wedding look and gown choice.

AYRA FERNANDO-SANIDAD

Q: Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently in the gown selection process?

A: I had a clear image (or a checklist, rather) of the design I wanted and the designer I trusted to bring it to life, so the selection process was relatively straightforward. While I sometimes wonder what it might have been like to try on multiple dresses and go through that shared emotional rollercoaster with friends and family, I ultimately appreciated the clarity and confidence that came with knowing exactly what felt right for me.

Q: What was the most memorable compliment you received about your dress?

A: What I appreciated most about the dress was that it didn’t try to steal the spotlight—it simply added to the moment. It felt like it belonged, without being too loud or showy. Someone even asked if it was a Libiran piece (I honestly don’t know how they could tell, but they just knew), which was a nice little nod to the kind of quiet elegance I had hoped for.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding look?

A: We just wanted the wedding to feel simple and true to us. For us, simplicity isn’t about keeping things plain—it’s more about keeping things genuine and thoughtful. We’ve always been drawn to the kind of beauty that doesn’t shout for attention but feels right when you notice it.
